 +Although long since having given up life as a kittypet, Newtstar still bears the incredibly soft, fluffy pelt of one, his fur thick enough to weigh heavily upon his thin frame beneath whenever soaked or slick with mud from hunting. Each paw is mittened in light gray, as is his face and ears, leaving the rest a cream-like white hue that blends well with frosty weather or in just the right condition as sunlight streams down onto a body of river. He is rather oddly fond of childhood memories before clan-life, yet would not ever consider going back, and if inquires are made about this very idea or insults spoken about being kittypet once and forevermore he will become fiercely defensive and sharp. Around familiar faces Newtstar can be charming and friendly - even going so far as to divert himself into other people’s business and speak frankly, sometimes at the expense of others’ feelings, not afraid of embarrassment or looking like a fool. Around stranger companions, however, he is more refined and polite. He is wary of outsiders and not so big on change; the more routine things remain the more calm he will seem, referring as well to an odd tick that dictates feeling uncomfortable at so much as a blade of glass out of place.
